  • A minimum of five years of school certificated service, with a minimum of three years successful teaching experience.
  • CLAD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Assess instructional needs and implement professional development and curriculum changes.
  • Establish coaching relationships with teachers to improve instructional practices and student achievement.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback; monitor instruction quality via data reviews.
  • Use EL data to monitor progress and inform instruction and program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate EL program activities and outreach, including ELAC participation.
