Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks a Relationship Manager focused on Preferred Program customers and mass affluent prospects in Roseville, MI. You will proactively contact, service, and advise clients on bank products, using a consultative sales approach to grow relationships and referrals.

You will work with internal partners, stay compliant with risk policies, and travel locally as needed to engage customers and seminars. Strong financial knowledge and licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a sales environment; experience in financial industry preferred.
• Series SIE, 6, 63 and insurance licenses required; Series 65 within 90 days for external hires.

Responsibilities

• Execute on retail strategies to increase the Preferred Program households and provide needs-based solutions.
• Build deep client relationships and act as a trusted advisor through consultative sales.
• Explain complex financial concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
• Support sales and motivational activities in the financial center and through seminars.
• Maintain knowledge of the full product line and collaborate with partners on referrals.
