Job summary

You will assess client needs, promote a consultative sales approach, and collaborate with center teams to fulfill financial goals.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, professional client interactions, and regional travel as needed, with participation in an incentive plan based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales experience in financial services preferred.
• Certification in consultative selling is required.
• Licenses: Series SIE, 6, 63; insurance licenses; Series 65 within 90 days for external hires.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a revenue-producing book of business with mass affluent clients.
• Able to present a professional image in public.
• SAFE Act registration required at start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail strategies to grow Preferred Program households and cross-sell bank products.
• Build deep client relationships as trusted advisor through consultative process.
• Explain complex financial concepts in clear terms.
• Support sales initiatives through financial center meetings and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of product suite and stay informed on development needs.
• Meet or exceed investment sales and referral goals with Investment Executive.
• Reach out to clients via in-person visits, calls, seminars, and community events.
