Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in a sales environment; experience in financial industry.
• Pass consultative selling skills certification and complete ongoing educational requirements as prescribed.
• Series SIE, 6, 63 and insurance licenses required. For external hires, Series 65 must be obtained within 90 calendar days of hire with a maximum of two attempts within the 90 calendar day period.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a revenue-producing book of business in the mass affluent segment.
• Position involves contact with the public, necessitating a professional image.
• Role may work with one or more FCs, requiring some local travelling.
• SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Execute on retail strategies to increase Preferred Program households and fulfill customer needs.
• Build deep relationships with customers to earn trusted-advisor status.
• Explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Maintain a capable sales/service environment and support referrals with the Financial Center team.
• Keep up to date on product offerings and coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Meet or exceed investment sales and referral goals with the Investment Executive.
