Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree preferred.
• Prior construction industry and safety experience preferred.

• Reliable and punctual; able to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend site visits, pre-bid walkthroughs and other pre-project meetings.
• Compile all documents needed to generate a bid.
• Assist with extracting quantities and pricing to support project budgets.
• Organize and review job files, identifying clear scopes of work and risks.
• Help generate construction budgets by studying plans and updates.
• Double-check estimates and present budgets to customers and team.
• Monitor deadlines and communicate changes to the team.
• Identify and track leads, proposals, and bids.
• Oversee progress and update logs; address issues with estimators.
