Loenbro is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead strategic client relationships and oversee opportunities from identification through award. You will serve as the primary contact for clients in the assigned region, coordinating with estimating, operations, BD and marketing to deliver compelling proposals and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial or commercial construction with preconstruction/estimating experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of estimating, bid development, and preconstruction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client contact for assigned key accounts and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, GC’s, engineers and partners.
• Identify opportunities through research and collaboration with BD/marketing teams.
• Lead preconstruction efforts including scope alignment, risk identification, and value engineering.
• Own lifecycle of opportunities from identification through bid, award and closeout in Salesforce.
