Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to oversee national client relationships and pursue multi-regional project opportunities across service lines. You will coordinate with sales, operations, and preconstruction teams to align pursuit strategies and ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep construction industry experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel nationwide to engage senior decision-makers and key accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, preconstruction management, or project sales within industrial or construction industries.
• Proven success managing large, complex, multi-location client relationships.
• Willingness to travel nationally to meet with clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of the industrial and commercial construction market, including capital projects and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for Loenbro’s national and enterprise clients.
• Identify and pursue multi-regional project opportunities across all service lines and market sectors.
• Lead the RFP/RFQ process and deliver to the client while meeting company standards and processes.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Preconstruction Managers to align regional execution with national account strategy.
• Work with executives to establish growth targets, forecasting, and performance metrics for national accounts.
• Coordinate proposal development, client presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses for national pursuits.
• Gain a solid understanding of services to be sold and represent them well to the client.
