Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, a Primoris Services Corporation subsidiary, seeks an Assistant Preconstruction Manager to coordinate proposals, schedules, and content across engineering, estimating, procurement, and contracts administration. You will lead deliverable tracking, content development, and review cycles to ensure readiness for LNTP submissions.

The role requires collaboration with the Client Account Manager and Lead Estimator to align content with client requirements, scope, and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years of proposal coordination, project coordination, estimating, or related experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and documentation of the Basis of Design with engineering, estimating, procurement, operations, and contracts administration.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, deliverables, and submission readiness for assigned pursuits.
• Collect, organize, edit, proofread, and format proposal content to produce a complete, professional response.
• Customize proposal narratives, resumes, project experience, graphics, and standard content to opportunities.
