Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, a business within Primoris Services Corporation’s Energy segment, is seeking an Assistant Preconstruction Manager to support pursuits, manage proposal content, and coordinate input from Engineering, Estimating, and Procurement. The role emphasizes schedule management, client requirements, and documentation to ensure submission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of relevant proposal coordination or related experience.
• Experience preparing clear, concise, professional proposal content; renewables/capital projects preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, writing, proofreading, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and document the Basis of Design with cross-functional teams.
• Document client requirements and track commitments with proposal stakeholders.
• Create and manage proposal schedules, deliverables, reviews, and submission checklists.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, and Contracts.
• Align proposal content with scope, assumptions, and client requirements.
• Lead kickoff meetings and track decisions and due dates.
• Prepare polished proposal content, resumes, graphics, and standard content.
• Maintain templates, libraries, and reusable content per standards.
• Support contract and exhibit reviews with issue logs and clarifications.
• Follow LNTP development processes and forecast cash flow inputs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

1-3 years of relevant proposal coordination, project coordination, estimating, Preconstruction, Engineering coordination, marketing, communications, finance support, or EPC experience
