Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead and oversee EPC contracts from cradle-to-grave, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution. You will mentor analysts, drive contract strategy, and oversee LNTP/early works to support project schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent, 10+ years in EPC, and 5+ years in EPC contracts, with strong negotiation and leadership capabilities in the renewable energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience under an EPC model.
• 5+ years of experience in EPC Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily status of contracts progression toward execution.
• Negotiate diverse types of agreements and term sheets.
• Develop contract strategies aligned with business goals on a project basis.
• Improve proposal/contract structures with sales, BD, pre-construction and legal.
• Identify potential contractual issues and advise on risk transfer or mitigation.
