Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an Assistant Preconstruction Manager to coordinate proposals, schedules, and content under the guidance of a Preconstruction Manager. You will work with engineering, estimating, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure a cohesive, compliant response for pursuits and LNTP readiness.

The role emphasizes documenting client requirements, maintaining content libraries, and supporting cash flow and revenue forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1-3 years of proposal coordination, project coordination, estimating, Preconstruction, or EPC experience.
• Renewable energy or capital-project experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, spreadsheet, written communication, proofreading, document-production, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with proposal-layout, graphics, or document-design tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal schedule, deliverables, and submission readiness.
• Document client requirements and align content with scope and approvals.
• Maintain proposal templates, trackers, and content libraries; organize kickoff sessions.
• Collect inputs from Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, commercial, schedule, and execution stakeholders.
• Edit, proofread, and format proposal content into a complete, professional response.
• Support LNTP development and cash flow/revenue forecasting processes.
