Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years managing construction projects in industrial/commercial facilities.
• Experience with 3D modelling software.
• Field construction experience on active projects.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support the preconstruction team on bid packages, scheduling, estimating, VDC modeling, and reporting.
• Lead constructability reviews and coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams.
• Develop subcontracting and procurement strategies with various teams.
• Prepare and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.
