The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction estimating and cost modeling, working closely with project managers and various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods and ability to read project plans.
• Ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates with project managers.
• Create project estimates individually and with a team.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for budgeting and proposals.
