Qualifications

• 4 year engineering, architectural or management degree required.
• 4-6 years commercial construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand project plans and construction means.
• Proficiency with CSI and Uniformat II work breakdown structures.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates with project managers.
• Perform quantity take-offs of all construction systems.
• Create project estimates independently and with a team.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for budgeting and bids.
• Scope and select subcontractors based on best value and project requirements.
• Record final estimates and maintain cost history.
• Create, track, and manage project scope and budget.
• Support preconstruction guidance with value design, procurement, and schedule.
