Job summary

This role is vital for developing accurate project estimates for construction projects ranging from $5M to $100M+, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure budget objectives and effective scope management.

Successful candidates will hold a 4-year degree in engineering, architecture, or management and possess 4–6 years of commercial construction experience. The position offers benefits including medical, dental, retirement savings, PTO, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand project plans.
• Strong listening, prioritizing, and valuing opinions of others.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates with project managers.
• Perform quantity take-offs of all construction systems.
• Create project estimates both individually and with a team.
• Support architectural and construction team with preconstruction expertise.

Skills

Quantity take-off skills

Proficiency with CSI and Uniformat II

Microsoft Excel knowledge
