Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum 10 years commercial construction experience including 5 years in preconstruction/estimating.
• Proven ability to manage teams profitably and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and estimating across projects including high-tech facilities and biotech sites.
• Create accurate cost models and conceptual estimates; review staff estimates.
• Train and mentor Cost Engineers and Project Management staff; develop client relationships.
