Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in construction management.
• Experience leading new construction budgeting and pricing efforts.
• Data center or MEP estimating experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the generation of Capital Expenditure Proformas for new developments.
• Create cost studies focusing on conceptual planning and pre-construction.
• Review complex contractor proposals and ensure project estimates are valid.
