Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is actively seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join their team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the pre-construction estimating processes and managing project costs across various locations in the US, including Ohio.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, have at least 8 years of experience, and demonstrate a strong understanding of cost management and budgeting methodologies. Vantage offers a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience in construction or project management.
• Data center or MEP estimating experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Generate Capital Expenditure Proformas for new site developments.
• Create cost studies and maintain internal project cost database.
• Coordinate with teams to analyze project cost and schedule risks.
