Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a meticulous Preconstruction Manager to oversee future project deployments and pre-construction estimating. This role involves generating Capital Expenditure Proformas, analyzing cost drivers, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in construction budgeting and project management. The position is flexible in location and eligible for excellent company benefits.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience in construction management or estimating.
• Experience with data center projects or MEP estimating.
• Ability to create and review detailed cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation of Capital Expenditure Proformas for new site developments.
• Create cost studies with focus on pre-construction phases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate cost and schedule risks.
