Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a meticulous Preconstruction Manager to support future project deployments across its U.S. locations. The role includes pre-construction estimating and cost optimization to ensure efficient project developments.

The ideal candidate will lead the creation of Capital Expenditure Proformas and work with various internal teams to ensure accurate project costing and schedule adherence. Candidates should have at least eight years of relevant experience, preferably in data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Estimating, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Eight years of related experience, preferably in data centers.
• Expert knowledge of technical processes and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the generation of Capital Expenditure Proformas for site developments.
• Create and review cost estimates and forecasts.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on development costs.
