Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a meticulous Preconstruction Manager to lead CapEx Proformas for new data center developments across North America. You will partner with NSD, Construction, Design, Procurement, and Site Operations to ensure accurate cost estimation, risk analysis, and cost optimization.

With a focus on preconstruction estimating, scheduling, and process improvement, you will review GC/Trades proposals, coordinate site delivery, and support regional capital expenditures while

Qualifications

Lead generation of Capital Expenditure Proformas across new site developments.
Coordinate with NSD, CON, DM, DE, Procurement, Power and MKTDEV teams for cost data.
Review contractor proposals for cost, scope and schedule impacts.
Ensure all project scopes are included in estimates and support budget approvals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cost data and processes for CapEx decisions.
Prepare internal take-offs, cost estimates and cash-flow ledgers from concept to construction documents.
Surface cost and schedule risks with internal stakeholders.
Analyze drawings and specifications to validate estimates.
