Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a hands-on Preconstruction Manager to support project deployments and participate in regional initiatives focused on estimating and cost optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills to guide capital expenditure decisions across various North American projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Construction Management and at least 8 years of relevant experience, especially in data center construction. Responsibilities include leading cost generation and coordinating with internal teams for effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience in construction and estimating.
• Strong understanding of engineering scopes including electrical and mechanical.
• Experience with data center construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capital Expenditure Proforma generation for new site developments.
• Create cost studies focusing on pre-construction phases.
• Review general contractor proposals for new projects.
