Job summary

Bryan Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will plan, schedule, budget, contract, and execute with a focus on safety, on-time delivery, and high-quality results. You will manage project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, review submittals, RFIs, and change orders, and ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent required.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Project Administrators, Senior PAs, PEs, Senior PEs, and Assistant PMs.
• Lead timely project buyout and manage subcontractor proposals.
• Review pricing and perform takeoffs during estimating as needed.
• Manage project budget, create Cost to Complete (CTC), input cost codes, and track expenses.
• Oversee drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFI processes.
• Lead project and team meetings including OAC and kick-off meetings.
• Oversee inspection, permitting, and change order processes.
• Lead Prime Contract pay applications and secure final payments.
• Organize BIM and coordinate subcontractors; manage clash reports.
• Support quality control and safety documentation processes.
• Manage project schedule with baseline, activity durations, and logic; track progress.
• Oversee punchlist completion and project closeout processes.
• Manage warranty processes.
