Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction Manager I in Atlanta to lead estimating and preconstruction efforts for projects from $5M to $100M+. You’ll build cost models, perform quantity take-offs, and guide project teams through value design and procurement.

Collaboration with owners, architects, engineers and subs is essential. The role requires strong experience in cost estimating, scope management and budget objectives, with proficiency in CSI/Uniformat II and tools like Excel,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in construction estimating and preconstruction services.
• Ability to perform quantity take-offs and develop accurate cost models.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates for projects.
• Create project estimates individually and with a team.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing; scope and select based on value and requirements.
• Record final estimates and maintain cost history.
• Develop preconstruction schedules with project management.
• Provide preconstruction guidance on value design, procurement and scheduling.
