Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a senior Cost Estimator to lead full-cycle cost management for complex construction projects in the United States.

You will drive budgets, cost plans, and risk analyses, and collaborate with design and client teams to ensure accurate forecasts and profitable outcomes. You will review design options, produce cash flow projections, and support procurement and final accounting across pre- and post-contract phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• 7+ years of cost estimating and cost management experience.
• Experience delivering technically complex projects and managing pre- and post-contract activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle cost management from concept to completion.
• Conduct scope definition workshops to develop budgets.
• Create and maintain cost plans and forecasts aligned with design phases.
• Review design options for cost accuracy and value.
• Deliver lifecycle cost models and benchmarking data.
• Prepare tender docs, manage queries, and reviews.
