You will monitor job costs, review change orders, and help forecast General Conditions and General Requirements. This position emphasizes learning Ryan processes and collaborating with the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and read architectural/engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with cost-coding systems and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring job costs.
• Prepare Potential Change Orders and review subcontractor change requests; monitor and forecast General Conditions and General Requirements costs.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including subcontract and prime contract reconciliation.
• Gain knowledge of overall construction processes.
• Accompany Ryan personnel on monthly pay application job walks.
• Participate in owner/client presentations.
