Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to join our team in Atlanta. The role focuses on estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing within a collaborative, fast-paced construction environment.

The position requires a construction-related bachelor's degree, strong drawing interpretation, P.O. and contract understanding, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing is essential.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and understand drawings, POs, contracts, and cost-coding systems.
• Ability to assume responsibility and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Help generate RFIs and track approvals.
• Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and coordination.
• Learn dimensional control and verify shop drawing approvals.
• Review drawings using Ryan checklists.
• Assist in creating and executing PSQP.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor deliveries.
• Learn Ryan Safety Policies and procedures.
• Understand site logistics.
• Participate in city permit inspections.
• Maintain RFIs/ASIs in plans.
• Attend Punchlist inspections and track items.
• Support scheduling and milestone meetings.
• Participate in bid list management and procurement activities.
