Job summary

Sun Country Builders is seeking a detail-oriented Bid Estimating Coordinator to support our Estimating department and preconstruction efforts. You will coordinate bid invitations, manage subcontractor pricing, and assist in producing competitive project estimates.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, experience with PDF/document management tools, and excellent communication and organizational abilities to work with estimators, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction documents and project information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain subcontractor bid lists with status and dates.
• Manage bid invitation issuance and collect bid responses.
• Track subcontractor bids and follow up as needed.
• Organize bid communications and maintain databases.
• Maintain estimating schedules and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support to Estimating.
