Job summary

Fralock is seeking a Soldering Technician I in Valencia, CA to solder parts onto flexible laminations, assemble, test, and troubleshoot. You will support composite layup processes, ensure quality, and assist with cross-training across stations to meet production needs.

The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of hand tools, and experience with soldering across through-hole and SMT components. On-site position with full benefits and a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with soldering both through-hole and SMT components.
• Attention to detail and quality control in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Solder parts onto laminations and perform assembly per specs.
• Troubleshoot using O-scope and multimeter; assist in testing.
• Train operators in J-STD-001 and ensure in-house certification.
• Inspect parts, document nonconformances, and support CI efforts.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and rotate across stations.
