Job summary

Fralock is seeking a Lamination Operator to perform production activities in the Lamination department, ensuring customer quality and delivery. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, 3–5 years in PCB manufacturing, and adherence to RPM schedules while maintaining process controls.

Day shift, on‑site in Milpitas, CA, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and PTO. Candidates must pass background checks and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Competent in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding of the English language.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in PCB manufacturing environment.
• Hazardous Communication training on cyanide safety required after offer.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed RPM training plan.
• Follow Lamination Supervisor priorities in production.
• Maintain SPC data collection and charts.
• Assist lower‑level employees and provide relief on equipment.
• Communicate production status and material inventory concerns.
