Job summary

Fralock in Valencia, CA is seeking a Composite Technician I (Autoclave) to execute the composite layup process, bonding, trimming, curing, and inspection for high‑reliability components. This onsite role requires adherence to procedures and PPE in a clean room environment.

The candidate will have aerospace assembly experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be proficient with measurement tools. The position offers full-time onsite hours with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accountability for materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to safely handle hazardous materials and follow procedures.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per blueprint drawings and specifications.
• Perform visual inspection on incoming products for contamination and defects.
• Use composite materials per procedures (polyimides, fiberglass, metals).
• Conduct in-process and final inspections with precision measuring tools.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report nonconformances.
