Zusammenfassung

Fralock is seeking a Plating Operator for its Milpitas, CA facility. This full-time on-site role supports the plating line with Electroless and Electrolytic processes, HALS, ENIG, and related steps.

The candidate will operate and maintain plating equipment, monitor baths, and perform PMs while adhering to safety protocols. 2nd shift with a 10% shift differential; requires ability to lift 50 lbs and work around open tanks.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience in PCB manufacturing or related manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Hazardous Communication training (cyanide safety) required after offer.

Aufgaben

• Review product flow and ensure all products are aligned with specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as needed.
• Operate and maintain the various equipment in the plating department.
• Measure quantities and make chemical additions to baths or sumps.
• Set up and transfer solution between tanks, totes or barrels.
• Work on, in, and around open sumps, plating tanks or hoists.
• Assist junior personnel in setup and operations; provide relief on equipment and processes.
• Use computer interfaces to enter operating parameters and view screens.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
