Fralock is hiring an Assembly Technician I at its Valencia, CA site to assemble and package aerospace, medical, and semiconductor components using blueprints and testing. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2+ years in aerospace assembly, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with measurement tools and ERP data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years aerospace assembly experience.
• Able to read blueprints and work instructions with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Experience with ERP data entry and measurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per blueprint drawings and specifications.
• Perform visual inspection for contamination and defects.
• Report part or tooling issues to supervision promptly.
• Perform electrical testing using specified equipment and record data.
• Use measuring tools and calipers to verify conformance.
• Operate packaging machinery and manage machine flow.
