Fralock in Valencia, CA is seeking a Soldering Technician I to assemble and solder parts onto flexible laminations, test and troubleshoot, and perform rework as needed. The role supports composite layup processes, bonding, curing, and inspection across multiple manufacturing steps.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hand soldering and manufacturing assembly experience, J-STD-001 certification, and proficient blueprints reading skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with soldering experience.
• J-STD-001 certificate with S addendum preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing assembly and hand soldering.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret layup instructions.

Responsibilities

• Solder parts onto flexible laminations per specs.
• Perform assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and rework.
• Train operators on J-STD-001 and certifications.
• Inspect parts and BOM for quality and compliance.
• Support engineering with testing and debugging as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document results.
