Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking a temporary Associate Electronics Hardware Technician to support PCA/SMT assembly and SMT rework in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates bring hands-on PCB experience, hand soldering, IPC Class 2/3, and a strong safety mindset.

You will read blueprints, follow work instructions, perform manual and machine soldering, manage components and setup, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace while adapting to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PCB assembly experience.
• IPC Class 2/3 soldering experience required.
• Ability to read schematics and assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for PCA/SMT assembly and SMT rework tasks.
• Perform hand soldering and machine soldering for SMT operations and PCA rework.
• Complete manual soldering and PCB assembly with high accuracy.
• Interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and detailed assembly instructions.
• Use production work instructions and procedures in computer systems.
• Assist with frontend SMT tasks including component ordering and setup.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced SMT environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area.
