Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking a temporary Associate Electronics Hardware Technician to support our SMT production and rework operations. You will perform PCA assembly, hand soldering, and SMT rework in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PCB assembly experience, IPC Class 2/3 soldering skills, and the ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and precision work in Syracuse, NY.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Printed Circuit Board assembly and SMT rework.
• IPC Class 2/3 soldering experience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level PCA production support, SMT assembly and rework.
• Perform hand soldering and machine soldering for SMT operations and PCA rework.
• Complete manual soldering and PCB assembly with high accuracy.
