Dover Corporation’s Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero in West Chester, OH, is seeking an assembler for SMT and AOI operations. You will solder surface-mount components to IPC‑A‑610 Class 3 requirements and support board-level assembly with attention to quality.

This role requires a US person, a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years of soldering experience. You will read drawings, document activity, and maintain a clean, safe workstation.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two plus years of soldering experience with THT and SMT hand soldering practices.
• Familiarity with IPC 610 or J-STD expectations.

Mansioni

• Assemble and/or rework microcircuits using microscopes and soldering tools.
• Set up, load programs and run AOI machines to inspect SMT parts.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, guidelines and drawings.
