Job summary

Dover Corporation's Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero in West Chester, OH is seeking an Electronics Assembler to install PWBs into chassis, solder components, and verify hardware per drawings. You will read blueprints, follow IPC-610 standards, and collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot retests.

You must have a high school diploma and 3+ years soldering/assembly experience; defense industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years soldering/assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify kits using latest drawings and ECNs.
• Assemble and install PWBs into chassis per drawings.
• Solder specified components and shields per IPC regulations.
• Hand clean solder joints for flux residue.
• Install connectors and cables to modules.
• Aid in hardware verification and retests.
• Follow work instructions and ERP workflow.
