Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation, part of Microwave Products Group in West Chester, OH, seeks an Assemble and AOI Operator. Responsibilities include operating AOI equipment and soldering SMT/THT components to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Two plus years of soldering experience with THT and SMT hand soldering practices required
• Experience assembling high thermal mass boards a plus
• Familiarity of IPC 610 or J-STD expectations

Responsibilities

• Assemble and rework microcircuits with microscopes and soldering tools
• Incorporate engineering changes at board level
• Record activity into a database using scanner and keyboard
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, guidelines and drawings
• Set up, load programs and run AOI machine for SMT parts inspection
• Review AOI results and rework defects as needed
• Maintain clean, safe workstation area
