Job summary

Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH seeks an Assembler to operate AOI equipment and solder components to PCB locations in accordance with IPC-A-610 Class 3 requirements.

You will perform precision soldering using microscopes, read assembly drawings, and participate in quality checks. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires high-precision soldering with microcircuits and fine hand assembly.
• Must read and interpret assembly drawings and parts lists.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 Class 3 requirements.
• Familiarity with J-STD-001 Acceptance criteria is a plus.
• Two+ years soldering experience (THT/SMT) required.

Responsibilities

• Operate AOI equipment to inspect SMT components.
• Solder components to PCB to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards.
• Record activity in database using scanner/keyboard.
• Setup, load, and run AOI programs; review results and rework as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation.
