Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, an Electronics Assembler role, supports military hardware assembly of PC boards, modules and harnesses into chassis. You will follow drawings, perform soldering, and install components to IPC standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 3+ years in soldering/assembly; defense industry experience is preferred. Eligible for discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits as part of Dover/Dover- MPG.”

Competenze

• 3+ years soldering/mechanical assembly experience.
• US person (US Citizen or Green Card Holder) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior defense industry experience preferred.
• IPC knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Verify kits using latest drawings, parts lists and ECNs.
• Assemble and install PWBs into chassis per drawings and ECNs.
• Solder specified components and shields per IPC regulations.
• Hand clean solder joints for flux residue.
• Install connectors and attach cables to the module.
• Aid in verification of hardware installed by a co-worker.
• Read and follow work instructions from routers or intranet.
• Aid with troubleshooting and retest activities.
