Dover Corporation’s Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero in West Chester, OH is hiring an Electronics Assembler to support military and aerospace hardware assembly. You will verify kits, solder components, install PWBs, and assist troubleshooting, working from IPC-compliant drawings and ECNs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years soldering and mechanical assembly experience.
• US person required; defense industry experience preferred.
• IPC knowledge/IPC-610 certification preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.

Mansioni

• Verify kits using latest drawings, parts lists, and ECNs.
• Assemble and install PWBs into chassis using drawings and parts lists.
• Solder specified components and shields per IPC regulations.
• Hand clean solder joints for flux residue.
• Install connectors and attach cables to the module.
• Aid in verification of hardware installed by colleagues.
• Read and follow work instructions from routers or intranet.
• Assist troubleshooting by disassembling units for retest and root-cause analysis.
