Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, Ohio is seeking an Electronic Assembler to solder components for SMT and AOI inspection. You will work with microscopes, follow IPC-A-610 Class 3 guidelines, and ensure quality in every board.

Responsibilities include loading programs for AOI, reading assembly drawings, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting production goals. A minimum of two years soldering experience is required.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of soldering experience with THT and SMT hand soldering practices.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and parts lists.

Responsibilities

• Operate AOI equipment and assemble SMT components to IPC specifications.
• Review AOI results, identify defects, and perform rework as needed.
• Setup, program, and run AOI machinery; maintain clean, safe workstation.
