Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dental office experience preferred.
• Dental terminology knowledge preferred.
• Billing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescription information via Data Entry to schedule cases.
• Perform the scheduling function for each case received and enter demographics and customer information; print notes matching to case.
• Responsible for billing and invoicing all finished cases.
• Assist with answering incoming calls; make outgoing calls to customer offices; respond to inquiries from customer offices.
• Unpacking and sanitizing new work per instructions; wear protective gear as required.
• Sort and attach doctor prescriptions; properly packing completed cases; verify and consolidate cases for shipping.
• Maintain UPS/FedEx software; ensure database integrity and correct account naming.
• Disburse cases for local drivers; maintain shipping boxes stock.
