Job summary

Midwest Dental Arts, an affiliate of Catalis Dental Lab Partners, is seeking a part-time Shipping and Receiving Associate. The role handles shipping logistics, invoicing, and records for dental lab cases, with potential progression to full-time.

Ability to process billing, verify invoice accuracy, and manage shipments is essential. Candidates should have shipping or data-entry experience, comfort with computers, and a preference for the dental industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in the shipping industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in using computers and performing data entry tasks.
• Prior experience in the dental industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, record and invoice all cases entering and departing from the lab in an efficient and effective manner.
• Perform all billing activities, ensuring accurate invoicing of all cases leaving the system.
• Establish check points to verify invoices are matched to pan numbers and client names before shipment.
• Open shipping boxes, identify contents, ensure they are secure, and prepare for scanning and final disposition.
