Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk for an 11am–8pm, Monday–Friday schedule in Eagleville. You will pick, pack, label, and process shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment while maintaining records and compliance.

You should have at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office. Benefits include health, 401(k), stock options, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of shipping/receiving experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy.
• Generate shipping labels and required documentation.
• Ship product literature and customer materials.
• Monitor inventory and reorder shipping supplies.
• Restock materials and prepare shipping area daily.
• File paperwork and maintain organized records.
• Communicate product concerns to Customer Service and Supervisors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Product Development, and Operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
