Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Admin) to join a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will pick products, maintain shipment records, and verify items while meeting productivity standards and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and strong communication as you handle receipts, put-away, and cycle counting to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows NT, Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
• Must be able to effectively work within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• May lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to reach and bend; use hand-truck and pallet jack; operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick product based on part number and quantities on assigned pick lists.
• Maintain records of merchandise shipped.
• Report discrepancies accurately.
• Meet and maintain departmental productivity standards.
• Ensure housekeeping is a daily priority.
• Verify products to reduce errors while picking/cycle counting/put away/receiving product to meet 100% customer satisfaction.
• Work in a safe manner; adhere to health and safety measures; report hazards.
