Job summary

Quickbox in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping operations. You will prepare shipments, verify documentation, print labels, and coordinate carrier activity to ensure outbound orders are accurate and on time.

The role requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous shipping or logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or order processing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing labels and documentation.
• Ability to scan, label, sort, stage, and document orders accurately.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shipping activities to ensure orders are processed, labeled, staged, and shipped accurately.
• Review order info, labels, packing slips, carrier requirements, and system data for accuracy.
• Print, apply, verify, and maintain shipping labels and documents.
• Scan, update, stage, sort, and move orders per shipping workflow.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, dock teams, and internal departments to support outbound flow.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or delays.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of shipments and dock paperwork.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Quality Control, Client Services, and Production to resolve issues.
• Maintain clean, safe shipping and dock areas.
• Communicate shipping status and needs to leadership promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
