Hyve Solutions seeks a Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Admin) to support a fast-paced warehouse. You will accurately pick, record shipping data, and update status on orders while maintaining a clean work area and following safety practices.

Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Windows is essential, as is ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate common handling equipment. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and dependable records management in a manufacturing environment for tech

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and Windows-based systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, stand for extended periods, and reach and bend as needed.
• Ability to use a hand truck and pallet jack and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to part numbers and quantities on assigned pick lists.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and report discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor email and provide status updates on work orders, sales orders, and material transfer orders.
• Verify products during picking, cycle counting, put-away, and receiving to help prevent errors.
• Meet departmental productivity standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow established health and safety practices and report workplace hazards or violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
