Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk for an 11am–8pm, Monday–Friday schedule in Eagleville. You will pick, pack, label, and process shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment while maintaining records and compliance.

You should have at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office. Benefits include health, 401(k), stock options, and more.

Immediate opening for a Shipping Clerk in Eagleville!

Shift: 11am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: $18/hr

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to ensure accurate, same-day order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and processing shipments while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders with 100% accuracy
• Generate shipping labels and process required documentation
• Ship product literature and customer materials
• Monitor inventory and reorder shipping supplies as needed
• Restock materials and prepare shipping area daily
• File paperwork and maintain organized records
• Communicate product concerns to Customer Service and Supervisors
